🔁 Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be returned in the same condition it was received, with all original packaging and the Certificate of Authenticity.

• Returns must be approved before being shipped back.

All items are 100% authentic and come with a Certificate of Authenticity from a trusted third-party authentication service.

As these are preloved, secondhand items, signs of wear or use are expected. Any major flaws will be clearly disclosed in the product listing.

If your item arrives damaged or significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
